The Opportunity :

We are seeking a professional and motivated Client Onboarding Coordinator to support our Sydney-based team. This role ensures the seamless transfer of new customer accounts, aligning retail and metering contracts with expected start dates. This role coordinates between internal teams and clients to ensure prompt, organized, and accurate onboarding, enabling Energin to fully own the process.

Main Responsibilities

  • Onboarding Coordination – Manage end-to-end onboarding within strict timelines to ensure contracts start as scheduled. 
  • Internal Collaboration – Work with Tender Operations for customer data and Client Manager for expectations and updates. 
  • Systems & Documentation – Keep CRM/internal systems updated with onboarding status; ensure documentation is accurate and complete. 
  • Timeliness & Milestones – Monitor milestones and ensure actions are completed promptly to prevent delays in onboarding. 
  • Proactive Issue Resolution -Identify and resolve bottlenecks early, taking timely actions to ensure smooth onboarding completion. 

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role (e.g., account management, onboarding, or operations). 
  • Experience in an English-speaking environment, handling both telephone and email communications with clients. 
  • Confidence to work collaboratively across multiple different teams locally and internationally

Qualifications

  • Prior experience within operations and Australian Customers  will be highly regarded
  • Experience handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to take initiative on upcoming tasks
  • Confidence to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using CRM software
